Research interest: I’m particularly interested in applying complex systems theory to understand the dynamics of the functional neuronal network.

PhD project: The goal of my project is to build a multimodal system that can image (using Calcium Imaging), analyse (with tools from Complexity science) and interrogate (thanks to Optogenetics stimulation techniques) a neuronal network to     produce a comprehensive, validated functional connectome.
