Daniel just returned from the Physics of Quantum Electronics conference in Snowbird, Utah where he presented the Applications of the Coherent Raman technique for following neurodegenerative disorders.  All he can say is that the view is awesome, and his Hamiltonian hurts. He was also “Runner-up” in the best abstract competition.
